Job summary

Monroe Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Martinsburg, WV communities safe and well-maintained. The role covers interior and exterior upkeep, inspections, and coordinating vendor work to meet budget and quality standards.

You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repairs, conduct unit inspections, and ensure curb appeal and cleanliness across properties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Apartment/multi-family Maintenance
• English language proficiency (read, speak and write)
• The ability to pass a full background check

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, exterior structure
• Conduct property and unit inspections
• Maintain curb appeal and general cleanliness of the property
• Schedule and maintain Make-Ready Board
• Purchase materials and manage budget
• Ensure maintenance teams deliver Safe, Decent, and Sanitary Housing to residents
