Forest Properties Management, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the Waterford Place property in Manchester, NH. The role involves repairing appliances, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and supporting daily maintenance to keep the community safe and well-maintained.

The position requires lifting up to 75 lbs, bringing your own tools, and reliable transportation. HVAC or appliance repair experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year experience in carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting, and pool maintenance.
• HVAC or appliance repair experience preferred.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Bring your own tools and reliable transportation.
• Eligibility to work in the USA and provide proof.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, snow plowing, pool maintenance, and light cleaning as needed.
• Ensure all service requests are completed promptly.
• Prepare vacant apartments for lease, including cleaning and trash handling.
• Report building, ground, or system issues to supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, administrative staff, and vendors.
• Work rotating on-call schedule, including overtime and weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
