Qualifications

• Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry skills.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose repairs and prioritize work orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and complete unit turnovers.
• Repair windows, hinges, door handles and locks, screens.
• Repair sinks, bathtubs and showers; faucets and drains.
• Change furnace filters; HVAC upkeep.
• Keep grounds clean and maintain positive resident/vendor relations.
