Job summary

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose maintenance issues and implement cost-effective, long-term solutions.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, HVAC, boilers, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and related building components.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and community upkeep as needed.
• Coordinate and monitor work by outside contractors and vendors.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
