Cineverse is seeking on‑call Temporary Account Coordinators to support the Account Management Team with day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks. You will help ensure smooth fulfillment of client orders, manage production schedules, and liaise across teams in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes strong organization, adaptability, and clear communication skills, with a preference for prior customer service experience and familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheets.

Responsibilities

• Receive, input client orders into internal project management system.
• Request source assets from clients via email or client systems.
• Maintain production schedule based on client needs and SLAs.
• Liaise with internal operations teams to meet deadlines and specifications.
• Verify ingested assets meet minimum requirements and reject if not.
• Ingest inbound source files to internal production servers.
• Maintain asset repositories for cataloging and archival.
