Bangor MiniMart, operated by NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM), is seeking a Sales Associate in Silverdale, WA. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and handle POS transactions while upholding a high standard of service within a military community.

Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, driving sales through up-selling and cross-selling, and supporting inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers and identify their needs.
