Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7+ years in pharma/biopharma/healthcare marketing.
• Experience designing/executing HCP omnichannel campaigns and advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Define HCP omnichannel execution standards and enterprise best practices.
• Serve as SME for brand teams, pods, and media architects on feasibility and pitfalls.
• Set readiness/QA expectations and diagnose recurring issues.
• Enable full-funnel measurement and address gaps in tracking.
• Standardize test-and-learn designs and document learnings for playbooks.
• Provide regular performance readouts and feed insights to planning backlog.
• Support compliance and safety aligned with governance and privacy standards.
