Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a strategic marketing leader to shape how healthcare professionals experience and connect with the brand across the full journey, from insight to engagement to action.

You will lead U.S. development of HCP value propositions, positioning, and creative strategies that drive measurable business impact, partnering with senior stakeholders across commercial, medical, finance, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Marketing experience with increasing responsibility and strong capability across core marketing disciplines.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies delivering measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, segmentation, positioning, brand strategy, and integrated marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Integrated Sales Aid (ISA).
• Create and execute a new campaign launch in six months.
• Drive consumer journey strategy to create relevant, seamless brand experiences.
• Develop value propositions, positioning, segmentation, and creative platforms.
