Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an Analyst Account Management to drive performance and sales support for omnichannel media programs. You will manage a book of business alongside a salesperson, handling pre- and post-sales activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

The role emphasizes strong communication, strategic media recommendations, and execution across planning, trafficking, and analytics, with a hybrid schedule including regular in-person days in Chicago

Formación

2+ years of account/client management experience
BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Experience with advertising/retail media is a plus
Proficient with CRM tools and data-backed decision making

Responsabilidades

Manage client relationships and day-to-day communication with brands and internal teams
Develop media plan recommendations aligned with retailer/product goals
Support contract creation and campaign setup from pitch to execution
Oversee campaign trafficking, execution, and analytics with cross-functional partners
Coordinate billing/invoicing and campaign completion reports
