Ahold Delhaize USA in Hyattsville, MD is seeking an Analyst Account Manager to drive performance and sales support for omnichannel media programs. You will manage a book of business, support the sales team pre- and post-sales, and develop media recommendations across campaigns.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and experience with ad servers, CRM tools, and analytics. This is a hybrid role with in-person and remote work days across core locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven thought leader in strategic planning and operational efficiencies.
• Experience in various Ad Server platforms and/or the ability and willingness to learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Provide world class service to local brands and manage day-to-day communication with external brands/suppliers and internal cross-functional team members.
• Develop media plan recommendations based on retailer product knowledge and goals.
• Assist with contract creation, marketing material ideation and asset management.
• Ensure CRM data input and campaign setup accuracy; understand performance metrics and analytics.
• Oversee campaign execution, asset collection, trafficking, and billing/invoicing.
