Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, discovery, and roadmap execution across guest journey.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to rollout and retirement.
• Design cohesive physical-digital experiences translating restaurant workflows.
• Build alignment across brands and enterprise functions with stakeholders.
• Define KPIs and pilot plans; monitor post-launch performance.
