MiQ Digital USA inc. in New York/Chicago/Atlanta/Denver/Dallas seeks a Paid Social Manager to own omnichannel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more, delivering strategic proposals and setting campaigns up for success from day one.

You will monitor pacing and profitability, pull client-facing reports in Excel, analyze complex data sets, and mentor junior teammates while helping scale our social activation capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Paid Social campaign management experience.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn required; Pinterest/Snap/Reddit a plus.
• Agency experience preferred, handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Industry verticals include Commerce/Retail, Travel, B2B, Pharma, Non-Profit/Political.

Responsabilités

• Own social activations from setup to optimization across campaigns.
• Analyze performance and profitability; report insights to clients.
• Create data-driven proposals with avails, pricing estimates and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with junior team members to scale processes and best practices.
• Mentor teammates and support book of business growth.
