Job summary

MiQ is seeking a Paid Social Manager to join our high-growth Social team in New York with hybrid work options. You will manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more, delivering world-class execution and shaping best practices for our Social venture.

You’ll own campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and advanced measurement opportunities while mentoring junior teammates and scaling processes for efficiency. A strong agency background and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing Paid Social Media campaigns.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Agency experience covering several clients/projects simultaneously.
• Experience in key verticals: Commerce/Retail, Travel, B2B, Pharma, Non-Profit/Political.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing portfolio of omnichannel clients across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit and more.
• Deliver strategic proposals with native & MiQ Advanced Social capabilities, avails, pricing estimates and benchmarks.
• Own all Social activation from campaign setup to pixel development and trafficking.
• Monitor pacing, performance and profitability of Paid Social campaigns.
• Build client-facing reports in Excel highlighting data trends and insights.
• Analyze data to beat client goals and support measurement via native/third-party solutions.
• Scale processes, templates and practices for operational excellence.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior teammates on your book of business.
