Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Manager, Omnichannel Operations to guide a diverse team across At Your Service, Signing, and Merchandise Logistics. You will manage product movement, ensure timely fulfillment for in-store pickup or shipment, and drive sales by delivering outstanding Omni customer experience.

The role requires coaching staff, managing SLAs, and collaborating with Asset Protection, Merchandising, and admin functions to maintain safe, efficient operations and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in retail/fashion operations.
• Experience managing omnichannel logistics and curbside/pick-up processes preferred.
• Strong ability to coach and develop staff and manage SLAs.
• Proven track record of improving customer experience metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies for product movement logistics and fulfillment, driving sales and profit.
• Direct receiving and processing of merchandise receipts and back-of-house standards.
• Elevate Omni Customer Experience score and demand metrics.
• Coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver customer service and process returns.
• Ensure successful implementation of SLAs for Curbside Pick-Up and safety.
