Job summary

Hoffmaster is seeking an Omnichannel Manager to drive consumer dropship accounts and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. You'll design and execute retailer-specific omnichannel strategies to boost visibility, conversion, and brand presence across digital platforms.

Leverage analytics to optimize assortment, content, pricing, and promotional execution while identifying opportunities for growth in Consumer and Foodservice channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hoffmaster's consumer division dropship business across defined retailer accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to develop omnichannel growth strategies.
• Create customer-specific omnichannel plans including assortment, content, search, and promotions.
• Lead online assortment analyses, identify gaps, and advise on channel-specific opportunities.
• Analyze category performance and support growth plans with actionable digital recommendations.
• Use digital shelf data and customer insights to improve visibility and conversion.
• Conduct regular customer website audits to optimize search, content, and merchandising.
