BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a team-oriented Associate to perform general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from pick lists and moving items to staging areas. You will use handheld RF scanners to verify counts and ensure accurate orders for members.

This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and adherence to club policies while supporting omni-channel initiatives like curbside and ship-from-club.

Qualifications

• Experience with order picking and big box/wholesale retail environments.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Verify merchandise with the scanner and ensure accurate counts.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area as needed.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and handle damaged goods per SOP.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the OMNI space and bins.
