Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a team member to perform general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list and moving items to staging. You will operate an RF scanner to verify counts and ensure accurate locations while supporting omni-channel initiatives such as curbside and ship-from-club.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to club policies, with a focus on delivering fast, friendly service and meeting productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• Prior order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick orders and verify merchandise at staging.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and prepare for packing.
• Communicate inventory issues and keep the area clean and organized.
