Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and omni‑channel initiatives. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, verify counts with an RF scanner, and move items to staging areas while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

The role emphasizes fast, friendly service, accuracy, and teamwork in a dynamic retail warehouse environment. Training on club SOPs, BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience required or preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling from a pick list.
• Operate handheld RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and damaged items to the team.
• Ensure timely fulfillment to meet productivity requirements and deadlines.
• Follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
