Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Senior Director, Experience Solutions & Success to lead strategic digital products and solutions across the EVERSANA ESS portfolio. The role requires senior executive engagement, cross-functional leadership, and driving business benefits aligned with the company’s digital growth strategy.

The position entails overseeing omnichannel initiatives, partnership development, and ensuring successful program delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
18+ years of product leadership/management experience on digital products and/or technology-driven solutions.
10+ years of experience with traditional project/program management and Agile teams.
10+ years of experience with managing large-scale, cross-functional and global project teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative work style.
Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

Strategic partner to EVERSANA ESS clients, coordinating teams to add services over time.
Ensure flawless execution of EVERSANA ESS activities and connect to other business areas.
Lead development and execution of sales and marketing plans with commercial teams.
Partner with account and new business teams to drive awareness and sales.
Assist in new business pitches and presentations.
Lead data partnerships and omnichannel program initiatives.
Oversee project plans and revisions across divisions and service lines.
