Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a team-oriented Associate to perform general warehouse tasks, including pulling merchandise from pick lists, scanning items, and moving orders to staging areas. You will support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club while upholding club standards and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes fast, friendly service, accurate inventory handling, and collaboration with the team to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly, accurately, and with courtesy by pulling merchandise from pick lists.
• Use RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations as needed.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area for orders.
• Communicate inventory issues and replenishment needs to the team.
• Ensure orders are picked timely to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain clean and organized SFC area and follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, Ship from Club.
