Job summary

LVMH, owner of Fendi Maison, seeks an Omni Stockist to support store management and the Fendi network across retail and digital channels in Miami. You will fulfill orders, coordinate consignments, and drive sales through cross-functional collaboration with leadership and selling teams.

Responsibilities include omni-channel processing, BOPIS, curbside, and guest experiences, with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and client advocacy.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail or luxury customer experience
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize orders to fulfill within 24 hours
• Support omni-channel tasks (Curbside, SFS, BOPIS)
• Prepare merchandise for shipping and ensure proper packaging
• Assist in consignments and virtual selling processes
• Operate POS and inventory management functions accurately
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and advocacy
• Participate in loss prevention procedures
• Work with leadership to build targeted clienteling lists for events
