Job summary

Fendi is seeking an Omni Stockist to support store management and the broader network, driving sales across retail and digital channels. You will partner with store teams to optimize consignment, clienteling, and virtual selling while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include order prioritization, cross-channel fulfillment, and collaboration with leadership to streamline processes. This role requires strong communication, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in retail or customer experience, luxury preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and client focus.
• Proficiency with in-store digital tools and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours.
• Rebalance request transfers.
• Pull deliveries, package, and deliver to shipping department.
• Attend meetings with leadership and selling teams to build cross-functional partnerships.
• Prepare merchandise for shipping with accurate packaging and wrapping.
• Support consignments to send to clients and in-store cross-channel processes.
• Drive Retail Network sales by processing charge sends for Client Advisors outside your home store.
• Perform daily Omni-Channel tasks (Curbside, Ship-from-Store, BOPIS).
• Support order fulfillment and delivery through multiple shipping options.
• Reduce incorrect order fulfillment and returns.
• Improve resolution time for open client cases and warehouse communication.
• Participate in Loss Prevention for Omni-Channel processes.
• Complete all processes per service level standards.
• Assist in BOPIS aged order review and restock if needed.
• Support HERO and HEAVEN clienteling platforms; act as a resource for store teams.
• Build targeted clienteling lists for events and promotions; track results.
• Deliver new experiences and host virtual appointments.
