Job summary

Belk in North Carolina seeks an Omni/Ops Team Lead to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by receiving and processing inbound deliveries and completing outbound shipments with accuracy and speed.

You will lead a team in replenishing store supplies, maintaining store facilities, and collaborating with merchandising and selling teams to achieve omni and operational excellence. This hourly role offers a monthly bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities processes including lighting, work orders, and housekeeping.
• Communicate daily goals and organize back-of-house areas for efficiency.
• Plan labor hours and participate in leadership workload planning.
• Foster team knowledge, onboarding, and ongoing learning.
• Engage associates and celebrate achievements to build a positive culture.
• Provide strong customer service and assist during peak coverage periods.
