Job summary

Belk is seeking an Omni/Ops Team Lead to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by receiving and processing inbound deliveries and executing orders with accuracy, speed, and accountability. This hourly role leads the team in outbound shipments, replenishment, and store maintenance, while collaborating with merchandising and selling teams to achieve omni and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and strong customer service focus.
• Ability to use data and judgement to support timely decisions.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and drive store objectives and metrics.
• Execute store shipment deliveries and fulfillment, processing orders accurately.
• Lead inventory accuracy and shrink control, manage transfers and damaged items.
• Maintain back-of-house areas and equipment to promote efficiency.
• Plan labor hours and forecast shipments using omni/operations planning tools.
• Track supply usage and place replenishment orders; support facilities processes.
• Onboard and coach associates to improve omni and operations results.
• Foster a positive store culture and recognize associate achievements.
• Support in-store customer experience during peak periods.
