Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives and warehouse operations in North Dartmouth, MA. You’ll pull merchandise from a pick list, scan items, and move goods to staging areas while delivering friendly member service.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Uses handheld scanner to verify merchandise and updates locations.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicates inventory issues.
• Works with team to replenish stock and meet productivity requirements.
• Performs general housekeeping and safety procedures in the OMNI Space.
