Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support all digital initiatives, including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. You will pull merchandise from a pick list, verify counts with an RF scanner, and move items to the staging area for fast member service.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use RF scanner to verify items and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Maintain safe and organized SFC area and handle returns.
• Meet productivity and SLA targets and follow SOPs for OMNI initiatives.
