Brooks Brothers is seeking a Store Planner in New York to lead store planning, allocation and demand planning. You will manage seasonal and basic assortments, optimize inventory, and derive actionable insights from data to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior retail/allocation experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Merchandising, Business, Finance, Engineering or Supply Chain).
• Strong fundamentals in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Retail Math.
• Experience with Blue Yonder or replenishment system a plus.
• Adaptable with the ability to work with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze store and web performance across multiple departments to help determine assortment and allocation strategies.
• Utilize proprietary reporting platform to analyze large amounts of data at both an aggregate and a granular level to answer questions and identify opportunities & risks.
• Review historical sales trends and strategically react to these changes in business.
