Job summary

Bergdorf Goodman is seeking a Manager, Merchandise Planning to lead the full omni-channel P&L and inventory efficiency.

You will drive pre-season and in-season financial plans and forecasts for multiple divisions, presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leaders and partnering with DMMs, Buyers, vendors and cross-functional teams to maximize sales, profit and inventory across store and online channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5-7 years of planning or merchandising experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate pre-season plans and in-season forecasts that support divisional strategies.
• Drive and lead the monthly OTB process with data-driven recommendations for stakeholders.
• Deliver accurate forecasts for sales, markdowns, receipts and inventory balance.
• Manage top-down and bottom-up financial plans and projections.
• Oversee brand negotiations regarding sales, purchases, inventory and profitability.
