Job summary

Brooks Brothers is seeking an Associate Planner, Wholesale Account Planning to support forecast, OTB, and inventory management across a portfolio of brands including Lucky Brand, Nautica, Brooks Brothers, and Aéropostale.

You will partner with Wholesale Sales and Planning teams and external retailers to develop forecasts, monitor performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales forecasting and Open-to-Buy planning.
• Strong analytical and inventory management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain seasonal, quarterly, and annual plans by brand/account and channel.
• Own weekly and monthly forecasting, sell-out analysis, and financial recaps.
• Collaborate with Sales to align forecasts, replenishment, pacing and plans.
• Monitor POS trends, inventory productivity, sell-through, and weeks of supply.
• Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to grow revenue.
• Support inventory optimization, transfers, liquidation, and fulfillment planning.
• Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and market tools.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external buying/planning teams.
• Support monthly reforecasting and scenario planning activities.
