The Judge Group, INC. in the VA/DC area seeks a Senior Manager, Omni-Channel & Shopper Marketing to architect and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing strategies across retail and digital ecosystems.

You will drive ROI for Retail Media Networks with Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Amazon Advertising. The role requires 8+ years in brand management with 5+ years in e-commerce/digital advertising; MBA preferred and a Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in brand management/consumer packaged goods marketing with e-commerce and digital advertising experience
• Strong analytical background and written/verbal communication skills
• Experience with major retailers and retail media, omni-channel marketing
• MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Refine and lead Omni-Channel Go-To-Market strategy across online and brick-and-mortar
• Collaborate with Sales to grow e-commerce and improve data access for higher-margin sales
• Lead Retail Media Network management and Joint Business Planning with major retailers
• Track ROAS, SOV, and incremental sales; optimize media mix and program ROI
• Translate brand strategy into tailored shopper marketing plans for retailers
