Confidential Careers seeks an Omni Channel Pricing Specialist to ensure accurate permanent and promotional pricing across retail and eCommerce. You will analyze pricing, execute complex promotions, and troubleshoot issues with merchandising, eCommerce, marketing, and technology teams.

The role requires collaboration, attention to standards, and the ability to resolve pricing discrepancies quickly, optimizing store and online promotions and ensuring consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience recommended.
• Experience supporting pricing, promotions, merchandising, eCommerce, or related retail processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze submitted promotions and pricing for compliance with pricing standards.
• Review promotional exclusions, styles, vendors, and disclaimers with merchandising partners.
• Coordinate alignment and approval with merchandising leadership on pricing changes.
• Analyze weekly pricing conflicts and validation results to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor reported store and online pricing issues and respond promptly to problems.
• Perform root cause analysis on pricing issues and identify solutions.
