KnitchWell Group in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Merchandiser to support omni-channel classification goals. You will help select, price, and promote merchandise while partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize inventory ROI and store and online performance.

You will collaborate on seasonal plans, drive assortments, and manage orders and product attributes to reflect customer demand. Strong Excel skills and 3+ years in apparel retail are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with an apparel retailer.
• Excellent computer skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi task and complete projects on time.
• Broad based business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Performs market research to identify trends and opportunities for core customers.
• Determines quantities with leader to order by style, size and color; aligns with Line Plan and OTB.
• Partners with Planning, Allocation, and cross-functional teams to optimize distribution and sales.
• Owns merchandise, sales, inventory and margin in partnership with leader.
• Develops seasonal merchandise plans and pricing strategies with leader.
• Manages order entry and product attributing based on approved buy plan.
