Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand needs to support shopping experience.
• Ensure merchandise is processed according to established programs and procedures.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Fulfill omni-channel processes: Ship From Store, BOPIS, curbside pickup.
• Participate in loss prevention procedures and safety policies.
• Create an inclusive store environment and support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
