Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain or related field, 2 years of e-commerce supply chain preferred.
• Experience in a cross-functional, matrixed organization a plus.
• Specific experience in US Retail supply chains and e-commerce is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the flow of information between L’Oréal USA and retailers.
• Coordinate replenishment and distribution model for the e-commerce channel.
• Analyze and improve supply chain data and processes.
