Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Project Manager for the Omen program to help manage a growing field of pursuits and a fast‑moving development schedule. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to establish just the right level of process while maintaining Anduril’s rapid pace.

The role emphasizes coordinating technical programs, improving systems, and enabling engineers through structured planning and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in engineering program management or systems engineering
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams across technical domains
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar agile tracking tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and data‑model driven thinking
• Self‑starter, highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Ability to work through ambiguity and drive progress
• Experience working with suppliers
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Oversee manpower resources including forecasting, hiring, and labor reporting
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to manage suppliers and avoid downtime
• Develop and optimize engineering, manufacturing, and test tracking systems (JIRA, MRP, Airtable)
• Standardize processes and reporting protocols across the Omen team
• Document and implement business procedures and reporting practices
