Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Project Manager for the Omen Program Management Team in Costa Mesa, California. In this role, you will oversee resources and optimize processes to support Anduril's innovative hover-to-cruise autonomous air vehicle, Omen. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in engineering project management and must be able to work closely with technical teams.

This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to handle ambiguity. The salary range for this role is $112,000—$149,000 USD. Anduril offers comprehensive benefits packages and equity grants as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an engineering program management role or systems engineering.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage manpower resources including forecasting and labor reporting.
• Work with Supply Chain to manage suppliers and deliveries.
• Drive optimized utilization of engineering, manufacturing, and testing systems.

Skills

Experience in engineering program management

Ability to work effectively with engineering teams

Familiarity with JIRA or agile methods

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Ability to work through ambiguity

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or computer science
