The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of program management experience, strong advocacy skills, and knowledge of aging laws and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of progressive program management experience.
• Experience advocating for older adults and vulnerable populations, including systems navigation.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local aging laws and ombudsman requirements.
• Experience training staff and volunteers, public speaking, and stakeholder outreach.
