Job summary

Agemark Senior Living in Omaha, NE seeks a Financial Analyst to turn numbers into actionable insights. You will build forecasts, track performance vs. budget, and provide leadership with a clear view of financial direction. The role reports to the VP of Finance and influences senior leadership.

Candidate should have 2–4 years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel, and experience with NetSuite/RealPage. Must reside in the Omaha area and support month-end close and reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance or accounting.
• Experience in a high-growth or multi-entity business.
• Understanding GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel; NetSuite and RealPage are a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
• Ability to explain financial data clearly to people who aren't in finance.
• A process-improvement mindset and the ability to think strategically.
• Good judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
• Comfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Must live in the Omaha, NE area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and the annual budget.
• Run budget-vs-actual variance analysis and explain what's driving each gap.
• Build financial models for new initiatives, pricing, capital spending and scenario planning.
• Prepare the monthly management reports and KPI dashboards that leadership uses.
• Work with department heads to plan headcount and operating expenses.
• Support month-end close by reviewing accruals, doing reconciliations and preparing reports.
• Improve reporting processes and automate recurring analysis.
• Turn around ad hoc analysis for leadership, often on short timelines.
