Job summary

Agemark Senior Living, a Fortune-recognized Best Workplace for Aging Services, seeks a Revenue Analyst for our Omaha corporate office. You’ll manage revenue-to-cash, oversee billing, and produce critical reports to support financial health across communities.

You will analyze revenue trends, drive accuracy, and collaborate with leadership to optimize processes and cash flow in a busy, service‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Knowledge of GAAP principles.
• Familiarity with RealPage, Netsuite, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue close processes across locations (month/quarter/year).
• Produce timely financial reports aligned with goals.
• Analyze revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead resident billing including base rent, level of care, and ancillary charges.
• Ensure billing aligns with service agreements and pricing.
• Identify discrepancies, credits, and refunds and resolve them.
