Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Hospitality Venue Manager to oversee all hospitality activities at assigned Olympic competition venues for LA28.

You will analyze venue capacities to assist with ticket allocations and hospitality space planning, coordinating with LA28 and venue teams to deliver world-class guest experiences. In-office initially, the role shifts to the assigned hospitality venue during Games time.

Qualifications

• The role requires a highly organized, solutions-oriented leader who can coordinate complex workstreams, build trusted relationships, and remain calm and decisive in a high-pressure, fast-moving event environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day hospitality operations within assigned LA28 venue operations.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with LA28 representatives, venue owners and operators, event stakeholders, service providers, emergency services, and partners.
• Lead venue-related project management across planning, site visits, pre-set-up, set-up, Olympic-period operations, dismantling, and final handback of hospitality spaces.
• Develop and maintain venue operating plans, action trackers, schedules, processes, policies, procedures, and other operational documentation.
• Monitor key dates, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues to leadership as appropriate.
• Coordinate with caterers, entertainment providers, staffing agencies, and vendors to ensure readiness and consistent service delivery throughout the event.
