Qualifications

• BS/MS in Organic Chemistry or related field.
• Hands-on oligonucleotide synthesis experience.
• Experience with automated oligo synthesizers and purification.
• Familiarity with RNAi therapeutics and nucleic acid chemistry.

Responsibilities

• Work in an oligonucleotide therapeutic drug discovery lab.
• Collaborate across neuroscience, immunology, and oncology teams.
• Develop and execute nucleic acid chemistry plans.
• Establish scalable synthesis of lead molecules for preclinical studies.
• Maintain lab productivity to meet in vitro and in vivo study timelines.
