• BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field with 2+ years of lab experience, or MS with 0–2+ years.
• Hands-on solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis on automated synthesizers.
• Experience with preparative HPLC and LC-MS data interpretation.
• Bioconjugation chemistry experience for oligonucleotides, peptides, or proteins.

Responsibilities

• Conduct solid-phase RNA/DNA synthesis on automated platforms.
• Purify oligonucleotides via RP-HPLC and IEX-HPLC; prepare final material.
• Conjugate oligos to small molecules or antibodies; assess conjugation.
• Maintain electronic lab notebooks and document experiments clearly.
