• Demonstrated leadership on CMC or PDT teams and publications/patents.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team in development of sustainable, cost-effective oligonucleotide manufacturing processes.
• Drive capacity expansion, process understanding, modeling and characterization to ensure performance.
• Oversee technology transfer to GMP production facilities and regulatory documentation support.
• Coach and mentor staff; collaborate cross-functionally to meet timelines and deliverables.
