Job summary

Eurofins Genomics Americas is seeking a Project Management Associate of Oligo Production in Louisville, KY. The role oversees manufacturing operations, implements customer projects, and ensures quality, cost, and schedule goals are met onsite from Monday to Friday.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemistry and at least 1 year in manufacturing or oligonucleotide production, with strong organizational and GMP/ISO knowledge. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or similar field.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing or oligonucleotide field or similar.
• Proficiency of organic synthesis and purification techniques.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Working knowledge of GMP, ISO, and QSR regulations.
• Experience in documenting and analyzing experimental data.
• Strong computer, scientific, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the teams and manages individual contributors.
• Coordinates project activities with timelines, cost, and process implementation.
• Manages Red Folder/VIP customer list projects.
• Develops and administers schedules and monitors KPI progress.
• Prepares KPI reports and communicates with management.
• Coaches staff on performance and development.
• Leads validation activities of new projects and equipment.
• Maintains current BOMs and manufacturing documents in EDMS.
• Reviews weekly KPI reports and coordinates safety training.
• Ensures GMP compliance and a clean, traceable environment.
• Aligns production schedules and meets deadlines.
• Acts as QC lead for RF/VIP projects and reviews MS/HPLC traces.
• Provides updates on RF project delays.
• Complies with FDA-QMS/QSR and ISO-9001 standards.
