Job summary

Eurofins USA Genomic Services in Louisville, KY seeks a Project Management Associate of Oligo Production to lead oligonucleotide manufacturing projects, meet production goals, and uphold FDA-QMS and ISO-9001 standards. This full-time onsite role focuses on budget, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

You will supervise teams, ensure GMP compliance, prepare KPI reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or similar field.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing or oligonucleotide field.
• Proficiency in organic synthesis and purification techniques.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Working knowledge of GMP, ISO, and QSR regulations.
• Experience documenting and analyzing experimental data.
• Strong computer, scientific and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Leads teams and manages supervisors, team leads, technicians, and contractors.
• Coordinates project activities with timelines, cost, and implementation.
• Addresses problems across multiple projects and objectives.
• Develops schedules and tracks KPI progress; ensures safety and quality.
• Prepares KPI reports and communicates with managers.
• Coaches staff on performance and development.
• Leads validation activities for new projects and equipment.
• Drives Kaizen and improvement projects in the department.
• Keeps BOMs and docs current in the document system.
• Reviews weekly KPI reports and maintains schedules.
• Oversees weekly safety training and recruitment within the dept.
• Ensures GMP compliance and a clean, traceable workplace.
• Aligns production schedules and meets deadlines.
• Responds to RF/QC questions on RF/VIP projects.
