Job summary

Eurofins USA Genomic Services in Louisville, KY is seeking a Project Management Associate of Oligo Production to oversee oligonucleotide manufacturing and drive key projects to meet goals within GMP/ISO standards. This full-time onsite role runs Monday–Friday and requires coordinating schedules, resources, and KPI tracking.

You will lead teams, manage cross-functional activities, and ensure quality, safety, and cost objectives while maintaining a traceable, compliant production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or similar.
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or oligonucleotide field.
• Proficiency in organic synthesis and purification techniques.
• Strong organization, planning and data analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of GMP, ISO, and QSR regulations.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams including supervisors, team leads, and technicians.
• Coordinate activities with timelines, cost, and objective results.
• Develop and monitor schedules and KPIs; ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare KPI reports and communicate with management.
• Coach staff on performance and development.
• Lead validation activities for new projects and equipment.
• Drive Kaizen and improvement projects within the department.
• Maintain current BOMs and manufacturing documents in the document system.
• Review weekly KPI reports and coordinate safety training.
• Ensure GMP compliance and a clean, traceable work environment.
• Align production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Serve as contact for QC questions on RF/VIP projects.
• Provide updates on RF projects and track delays.
