Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility including revenue growth, margin expansion, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead day-to-day oligonucleotide manufacturing operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery with full accountability for operational and financial performance.
• Define and execute strategic growth plans to expand market share and revenue.
• Drive new product introduction and expand service offerings to support growth.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop pricing strategy and customer growth initiatives.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
• Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and operational excellence.
• Lead automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of 40-50 employees.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to join our team as Business Unit Director - Oligonucleotide Manufacturing. This leadership role is responsible for driving the overall performance of our Louisville manufacturing business, with accountability for P&L, operations, strategic direction, and long-term growth.
