Proven ability to apply process engineering principles in chemical manufacturing.
Experience with process safety management and environmental compliance.
Ability to interpret process data and perform engineering calculations.
Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Apply standardized process engineering tools and documentation expectations for the Process Engineering discipline.
Support Olefins unit priorities with technically sound analysis and timely execution of assignments.
Maintain interfaces with unit teams while preserving independent engineering judgment and site standards.
Develop technical capability through mentoring and governance activities.
Monitor process performance, perform mass/energy balances, and provide calculations and simulations as needed.
Contribute to safety governance, risk assessments, and incident investigations with clear documentation.
