The Malvern School in Upper Gwynedd, PA is hiring a Lead Teacher for the Older Toddler classroom. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with an early September 2026 start date and a base schedule at our Upper Gwynedd location.

The role involves planning and delivering a superior early childhood program, ensuring a safe and engaging classroom, and maintaining open parent communication using available technology and school policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in ECE, child development, special education, elementary education or human services.
• 30 credits in ECE/related field with 1 year of experience.
• Associate’s degree in ECE/related field with 2 years of experience.
• Associate’s with 30 credits and 3 years of experience in early childhood.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and implement a high-quality Early Childhood Education program.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and via technology.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field

Bachelor’s degree with 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience
