Job summary

The Malvern School of Oaks in Pennsylvania is seeking a motivated Lead Teacher for the Older Toddler classroom. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday in a supportive educational environment designed to foster early learning and development.

The successful candidate plans, supervises, and implements a standards-based Early Childhood Education program, maintains a safe and engaging classroom, and communicates regularly with families through meetings and digital updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 30 credit hours in ECE/related field and 1 year of experience.
• Associate’s degree in ECE/related field with 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and implement a superior Early Childhood Education program.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and via technology.

Education
